We try to prepare orders as soon as possible but usually it takes around 7 working days to produce an order.
The timeline mentioned is after we have received all the necessary information needed to produce the order from the customer.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on weekdays only (except holidays) from Los Angeles, California. The customer can choose the shipping method from available shipping options. The tracking number will be shared with the customer. Any delay in delivery by the shipping company will not be our responsibility.
