Refund and Returns Guidelines
To deliver the best experience, we process orders with excellence and make sure customers are satisfied with the service. If a customer has some feedback or is not satisfied, please email our support team at info@muni-pack.com, and a representative will get back to you.
There may be a situation where there is an error in order through our side, and in this scenario, we will replace the order on priority. To prove the error in order is through our side, please report the error within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing at info@muni-pack.com. The representative from our side may need additional information (example images and videos) about the error in the order. If the replacement is not possible through our side, we will refund the order amount back to source.
There will be no free replacement or refund if the error in order is by the customer. Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or damaged in shipping. There may be some accepted color variation in the order you received when compared to the colors seen on screen, the customer agrees to this before ordering.
If a customer wishes to raise a dispute, the customer agrees that Municipal will share necessary information with the legal team, and if the dispute is won by Municipal, customer will bear all the fees related to the dispute.
